Short stays between November and March are priced at £110 per night with bookings of three nights minimum.
The cottage is open all year round and electricity and coal are included in the above prices. Linen and towels are also provided. The renting week goes from Saturday ~4 p.m. to the next Saturday ~10 a.m. From November through to March inclusive, the cottage can be booked for shorter or longer periods, please ask.
The cottage is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Deposit: To make a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required. Bookings are not confirmed until this is received.
Balance: The balance of the rental fee is payable not less than 30 days before the arrival date. If the balance is not received by the stated date, the owner has the right to advertise those dates again and the deposit will be lost.
Cancellation: If the Customer cancels more than 30 days before the arrival date then the deposit will be lost. If the Customer cancels 30 days or less before the arrival date, then all monies paid will be lost.
We recommend that all guests take out their own travel insurance at the time of booking.
